Audition Guidelines:
Typically auditions consist of cold readings from the script. If auditioning for a musical, please prepare 16 bars of music. An accompanist will be provided.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before audition time to fill out any necessary paperwork. All auditions are held at the theatre at 3225 California Street, unless otherwise noted.

AUDITION NOTICE!! The Shelterbelt Theatre is pleased to announce auditions for the premier of Mountain Birds by Maddie Radcliff. A family retreat becomes a chance for sisters to reminisce, to share hopes and fears, and to face some unexpected news. Women aged 20s-40s are encouraged to audition on Monday April 26 and Tuesday April 27 at 7 pm. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script and will be held at the Shelterbelt Theatre, 3225 California. Mountain Birds will be directed by Derrick Crawford. We are always looking for new faces and talent! Even if you have NO previous stage experience, you are always welcome to audition, or to volunteer to help out with any of our productions! We are looking for production staff too - lighting design, sound design, stage managers, backstage assistants, directors, booth operators and other technical help!
